1. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Enrolment & Payments

• Course fees are shown on each course page and are payable in Naira (₦) through Paystack.
• For eligible longer courses, you may pay a 40% deposit to reserve your seat, with the remaining balance due mid-course. Shorter (weeks-long) courses are payable in full.
• A deposit reserves a limited seat in a specific cohort.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments — including deposits and full course fees — are non-refundable. Seats in each cohort are limited and are reserved for you the moment you pay, so we are unable to offer refunds once a payment is made. If you have a concern about your enrolment, please reach out and we'll do our best to support you.

4. Course Access & Conduct

Course materials and access links are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment of a balance due, or violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, branding, and software on this site are owned by Zitopy or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

Our services are provided "as is". While we work hard to deliver quality training and support, we do not guarantee specific career or income outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Zitopy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
